Merciless Green Austerity System On The Agenda For The UN’s 2012 Earth Summit :

The United Nations flag with the grid over the globe is an important clue for those who monitor world affairs. They are tightening their grip on the earth and laying out their control grid piece by piece. The previous Earth Summit in 1993 produced an insidious action plan entitled Agenda 21.
This plan was carried out and allowed the United Nations to acquire and control resources from around the globe and coerce local, state and federal governments to do their bidding for the sake of the earth.
In 2012, they meet again in Rio but the media campaign has already kicked off. Initial recommendations have been released by participating working groups and they are comprehensive enough to give Eco-Zealots wet dreams.
“We are currently transitioning from a world of plenty into one in which the planet’s resources have been compromised in their ability to sustain our routines. We are also in a world of global economic and social multi-level governance.”
“What is a Green Economy?
A green economy ensures fair use of ecological resources and sinks at re-generational and bio-assimilation rates. Building such an economy entails the following components:
1. Full-cost pricing: Incorporate ecological degradation into the cost of goods and services (with compensation for the poor).
2. Waste = Food: Design production to reuse all pre- and post-consumer waste as industrial or biological inputs.
3. Sustainable ethic: Foster cultures that recognize ecological scarcity and inspire consumers and producers to desire only what is most necessary and ecologically sustainable.
4. Progressive green taxes: Tax resource and sink use instead of income.
5. Wealth = Environmental Health: Create measures of value that preserve the intrinsic worth of nature” –Beyond Rio+20: Governance For A Green Economy
This so-called ‘green economy’ is a nightmare and it has been for any nation who has tried to implement it. They intend to apply a progressive tax to carbon emissions and raise the cost of food so the consumer knows exactly the ecological damage done according to their own flawed data.
NC bill threatens to criminalize naturopaths, homeopaths, herbalists, midwives, aromatherapists as felons
Natural News
Alternative health practitioners in North Carolina (NC) and their patients need your help to defeat a stealth bill that flew under the radar of most everyone in the natural health community. Senate Bill 31, which clarifies the penalties for the "unauthorized practice of medicine," essentially criminalizes the practice of unlicensed forms of medicine, which includes the work of many naturopaths, homeopaths, herbalists, aromatherapists, and even some midwives in the state. The bill was adopted by a judiciary committee in early March, and it recently passed the NC Senate. Now, the NC House is set to vote on the bill tonight, and unless NC governor Bev Perdue vetoes it, the practice of natural medicine for many in NC may soon become a more severe criminal offense.
SB 31 states that anyone who practices medicine or surgery without having been first "licensed and registered to do so" will be guilty of a Class I felony. Class I felonies in NC are the least severe kinds of felonies, but they do include things like burning crosses on private or public property, and sexually exploiting children. So if passed, SB 31 will essentially make those who practice alternative medicine without an official, state-sanctioned license and permit, criminals of the likes of sexual predators and cross burners.

Jesse Ventura wants to be Ron Paul's 2012 running mate
Jesse "The Body" Ventura wants back into the political game, and he's hoping to be Ron Paul's running mate if the libertarian wages an independent bid for president.
While promoting his new book during an interview on ABC's "Good Morning America," Monday, the former Minnesota governor said that "if Ron Paul runs as an independent, I will give great consideration to being his running mate."
Continue ReadingIt's not clear that either Paul would run as an independent or that Ventura would be a guy he wants on the ticket, but that didn't stop the former governor from floating himself.
Ventura dedicated “63 Documents the Government Doesn’t Want You to Read,” his latest book, to Paul and believes the Texas congressman is “the only federal elected official who will stand up for America on the congressional floor.”

Memory Hole Article: Governor Schwarzenegger Backs Aerial Biochemical Spraying That Harms Children
An 11 month old child nearly died from breathing difficulties. A six year old child developed asthma as a result of the aerial spraying. Over one hundred people signed affidavits stating that they got sick from the spraying. Hundreds of people had symptoms like; shortness of breath, headaches, dizziness, burning lungs, nausea, and muscle aches.
The excuse for aerial spraying is not a deadly disease carrying mosquito, but a moth whose larva may eat some leaves of some plants; called the Light Brown Apple Moth (LBAM). The CDFA considers the moth an invasive species since it is from Australia. Yet, evidence suggests that the moth has been in California for many years, living peacefully. In response to the moth, the CDFA set up relatively harmless sticky traps, which have captured nearly every Light Brown Apple Moth in the Northern California region.
Governor Schwarzenegger is a strong supporter of the declared emergency; the need to spray untested biochemicals on humans to stop the LBAM from destroying crops.

Rationing of health services across Europe is inevitable
The cost of healthcare across Europe is rising faster than governments' ability to fund it, according to a report by the Economist Intelligence Unit.
The report identified seven key trends that will shape healthcare over the next two decades.
Health spending will continue to rise due to inflation, but also because governments realise better public health boosts economic growth.
Countries with universal healthcare models, however, will be forced to ration care and 'consolidate healthcare facilities', the report predicts.
It predicts that GPs will become ever more important as gatekeepers to the wider health systems in European countries and as 'co-ordinators' of treatment for patients with multiple long-term conditions.
Public health will have to improve to help health systems cut costs by promoting healthy behaviour, the report predicts, and governments will have to increase the transparency and quality of health data.
The report, The future of healthcare in Europe, goes on to predict a range of possible outcomes for healthcare in European countries depending on the decisions they take, ranging from bestto worst-case scenario outcomes.
Haiti's Michel Martelly: from pop star to president
* But some questions remain about skills, past friendships

Q+A: Why did Obama reverse decision on 9/11 trials?
WASHINGTON | Mon Apr 4, 2011 4:21pm EDT
(Reuters) - The Obama administration on Monday reversed plans to use U.S. criminal courts to prosecute the self-proclaimed mastermind of the September 11, 2001 attacks, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, and four co-conspirators and ordered them tried at a military tribunal.
Following are some key questions and answers about this major reversal of policy.
WHY THE REVERSAL?
There was visceral opposition from Republicans and even some of Obama's fellow Democrats to prosecuting Mohammed and four alleged co-conspirators in a federal court in the heart of Manhattan, just blocks from the former site of the World Trade Center, which was destroyed in the September 11 attacks.
Opponents argued the trial would create a target for attacks and security could cost up to $1 billion. They also did not believe Mohammed and his accused co-conspirators were entitled to receive full U.S. legal rights in a federal court.
The U.S. Congress blocked funding for transferring any of the men to American soil for trial or detention.
Costliest government 'program' of all? Undeclared wars
By Walter Rodgers / March 28, 2011
In their zeal to cut government spending, Republicans in Congress have been quoting the Constitution and hacking away at funds for National Public Radio, which saved $5 million.
But if those same Republicans had seriously honored the Constitution 10 years ago, they might have saved $4-to-6 trillion.
That’s the total estimated cost of America’s wars in Iraqand Afghanistan – wars that Congress putatively authorized but never formally declared. Article I, Section 8, is explicit: “The Congress shall have Power to ... declare War.” But to its discredit, Congress has failed the American people for more than half a century on this score.
And now it’s happening again, as the US began bombing Libya without a congressional declaration – or even a single hearing or debate.
It’s all well and good for tea party sloganeers and their Republican allies to gripe about budget deficits. But it smacks of political cowardice when they neglect to tell the American people that our habit of fighting undeclared wars may be our costliest government “program” of all.
The cost of wrongheaded wars
There is no more eloquent testimony that Iraq and Afghanistan were wrongheaded wars than Defense Secretary Robert Gates’s speech in February to the cadets at West Point. “In my opinion,” he said, “any future Defense secretary who advises the president to again send a big American land army into Asia or into the Middle East or Africa should ‘have his head examined,’ as General MacArthur so delicately put it.”

John Gibbons ex Irish Times ‘Eco-Fascist’ Joins, The Sovereign Independent in the War Against Al Gore’s Global Warming Inconvenient Lies!
By Neil Foster – The Sovereign Independent -
The Sovereign Independent is proud to welcome its latest member to its dedicated staff in the fight against the New World Order in the shape of John Gibbons, ex of the Irish Times.
In a recent interview John explained his decision:
John: I came to the conclusion after a period of self-analysis and rehabilitation combined with my own rediscovered power of critical thinking, that I and many of my friends had been duped by the IPCC and other so called ‘green’ organisations over a long period of time. It was actually my daughter that pointed out to me that CO2 was actually essential for life and that if we stopped CO2 production then all the plants and fluffy animals, of which I love very much, would all die. Then I had that ‘eureka’ moment when I realised that she meant humans too.
Reporter: And how did you feel realising that an international unelected organisation such as the United Nations had lied to the world for decades on the subject of ‘global warming’?
John: Well, I didn’t believe it at first and even refused point blank on many occasions on the national airwaves to look at the scientifically peer reviewed evidence against my religious belief that manmade climate change was real and the earth was heading for catastrophe. Little did I know that the opposite was the case and that a warmer planet would create an abundance of food supplies and greenery across the world.
Reporter: This must have come as quite a shock. How did your self-styled ‘apostles’ take it?

Email Provider Epsilon Responsible For Gigantic Security Breach
Epsilon, the world’s largest permission-based email marketing services company that serves TiVo users and many more, reported a breach in its security Friday, and the list of companies affected keeps on growing.
TiVo users had a rude awakening this morning, finding out the email address they’d given to TiVo as part of their account registration had been compromised.
According to SecurityWeek, Epsilon is currently disclosing even more companies whose email marketing lists had been compromised. Noticing the problem first with grocery retailer Kroger, Epsilon continues releasing company names that were affected by the breach. Here’s the list gathered so far:
- Kroger
- TiVo
- US Bank
- JPMorgan Chase
- Capital One
- Citi
- McKinsey & Company
- Ritz-Carlton Rewards
- Marriott Rewards
- New York & Company
- Brookstone
- Walgreens
- The College Board (added 4/3 @8:20am)
- Home Shopping Network (HSN)(added 4/3 @10:22am)
- LL Bean (added 4/3 @1:20pm)
- Disney Destinations (added 4/3 @1:20pm)
- Barclays Bank of Delaware (added 4/3 @1:20pm)
Considering that Epsilon has more than 2,500 clients sending 40 billion emails each year, this list could keep growing.
TiVo tried to sooth victims, saying the release of personal data “was limited to first name and/or email addresses only.” Here’s the email we received from TiVo this morning:
Libyan rebel leader: "Quite a few of my rebel heroes are Al Qaeda!"
Uploaded by LibertyTruthJustice on Mar 29, 2011
The war in Libya is a practical lesson in the post-modern, nihilistic lexicon of internationalism. A war isn't a war -- far from it, it's a humanitarian enterprise to keep the peace. War is peace. Soldiers are peacekeepers.
In a deja vu from the 80s, the Pan-Islamist radicals driving the rebellion, a gaggle of armed gangs and paramilitary organizations stemming from the Muslim Brotherhood, are redefined as "heroes of democracy". These are the people to be put in power in post-intervention Libya. Their leader, Abdel al-Hasidi, former Taliban fighter, notorious Libyan terrorist, proudly announces that quite a few of his rebel heroes are fighters from al-Qaeda, and it is now stated in the press that al-Qaeda is pouring in Libya to be...well, our new allies. This is not a surprise at all: the hotbed of the rebellion, Cyrenaica, is one of the world capitals of Islamist terrorism. This is the "land of freedom" now being protected by the UN no-fly zone, in a brazen repeat of the UN/al-Qaeda/Hezbollah alliance in the Balkans, in the 90s.
Meanwhile, NATO's still building permanent bases in Pakistan and deploying Predator drones to bomb Pashtun farmers; to fight Pan-Islamism of course.
The mass campaign of destabilization being waged all across North Africa and the Middle East has its most recent parallel in the wave of chaos that was unleashed on Black Africa back in the 1970s. The keywords here are divide and rule, create chaos to impose a new order of things. Use any means whatsoever to shred the sovereign nation-state. Then, balkanize the population to keep them squabbling with each other, safe in the knowledge that natural resources are yours to take, and human resources will be cheap and desperate. Ship in 'hard power' mercenaries to protect the production hubs, but also 'soft power' specialists (i.e., the NGOs) to manage the misery, and facilitate the population's adaptation to a wonderful lifestyle of communal 'simplicity', famine, destitution.
This age-old formula is the one being applied for completely remaking the Islamist world, as expressed in the combined Brzezinski/Bernard Lewis/PNAC doctrine.
The first big step was to create what Zbigniew Brzezinski called an "imperial mobilization" into the region, to establish a permanent international military presence -- this was accomplished with the Iraq and Afghanistan(-Pakistan) wars. At the same time, as Brzezinski said, in The Grand Chessboard (1997), imperial mobilization would come hand in hand with the installment of a police state structure in the west.
The next stage would be, as it is now, to shred the region, bit by bit, nation by nation. Various client regimes (such as Mubarak's was) also have to go, in that they have an established national structure and, therefore, are not yet ready for open balkanization and plunder, under international management. In these cases, the favored method is the soft power coup, the color revolution, using NGO networks, local radicals and army factions. The end result, the singing tomorrows of all this, will of course be Congo-like tribalized wastelands; and extremely pliable, military-dominated governments, like the ones now in place in Egypt and Tunisia.
North Africa will become a protectorate of the European superstate, Europe's Mexico: a source of easy revenue, cheap workers and plenty of panic migrations, border conflict, armed gangs, Mediterranean piracy.
The Middle East itself will be, as stated in various white papers (ex., Brzezinski & Gates, Iran: Time For A New Approach, CFR, 2004), divided between two internationally-managed blocs: one Sunni and the other Shiia, centered on Turkey and Iran, respectively. A dialectical process of controlled conflict will eventually result in the creation of a general Middle Eastern Union, which is projected to be a trade corridor between the expanded blocs of the EU and ASEAN. The people being used as pawns in this Grand Game, to bring this process along, shouldn't be mistaken: the only thing they'll get out of this is a nonstop dynamic of conflict and destitution. Their former nations will have been turned into deculturalized wastelands, to be managed by global agencies, policed by international forces. Everything of value will have been taken over by international financiers: oil wells, pipelines, the Suez Canal, the Ormuz infrastructures, and so on.
We're already well into this, which is to be just another chapter in the poorly understood process that is globalization: i.e. the hostile takeover of the world, by a handful of finance oligarchs, using international agencies as their enforcers, and various forms of destabilization, as well as gradualism, as methods of choice. In this process, the nation-state is slowly dissolved under various pressures, to allow for the rise of technocratic regional blocs who, in turn, respond to privatized global governance agencies.
