Food is becoming more expensive around the world. In fact, world food prices rose to near a record high this April as grain costs continued to increase. The cost of living in the U.S. has been rising at its fastest pace since December 2009, and Chinese consumer prices have been going up at their fastest rate since 2008.
One reason for the rise in food prices is Wall Street greed. In 1991, bankers at Goldman Sachs came up with a new kind of investment product, a derivative that tracked 24 raw materials, including food products, as part of a single mathematical formula they called the Goldman Sachs Commodity Index (GSCI).
The problem came in 1999, when the Commodities Futures Trading Commission deregulated futures markets, and bankers could take as large a position in grains as they liked -- something which had been forbidden to all but those actually involved in food production since the Great Depression.
According to Foreign Policy:
"The structure of the GSCI paid no heed to the centuries-old buy-sell/sell-buy patterns ... This imbalance undermined the innate structure of the commodities markets, requiring bankers to buy and keep buying -- no matter what the price ...
Not only does the world's food supply have to contend with constricted supply and increased demand for real grain, but investment bankers have engineered an artificial upward pull on the price of grain futures. The result: Imaginary wheat dominates the price of real wheat, as speculators (traditionally one-fifth of the market) now outnumber bona-fide hedgers four-to-one."
This is all biblical,next there will be a man who will seem to solve everything for everyone but he really represents evil.Israel is surrounded by people that want to wipe them out,the cost of everything is going up,wars and rumors of war,knowledge will greatly increase,Israel will return to the promise land.There are so many facts that the bible tells us only the devil and his followers can deny the truth.Jesus Christ died for all of us and all sin and we need to repent and except him as our savior.You can call me stupid and whatever and I don't know all the answers but I do know for fact it just didn't go bang and everything there is came to be and only a dumb ass could think there is no God and when it's all revealed to us we will see that God is perfect in every way and is always truthful in what he says and does!This is satan's world and God told us in the bible that his way wouldn't work and here we are.Jesus Christ is King of all Kings,Maker of everything there is,and there is no other.Deny him if you will but it will cost you.What other God died for you,tells you to pray for those who hate you,forgive those who sin against you,and love your all your brothers and sisters,if you just take the time to read the bible in whole and not in part he will reveal his truth to you but don't judge God or deny him on what you don't understand or by manufacturing your own truth because of your ways.You didn't create or make anything so why should you have any say in the matter or make what you say is the truth and why things are and should be.Let's make a world were no one works and we get whatever we want when we want them and how we want them,no let's make the rich work as slaves,the 5% and everyone else get's free stuff again.Who wants to live a bad life?The fact is we have to work to make the world work but if we give to those who don't want to work or if we give unions three and four times the benifits as the average workers or everybody wants pay increases yearly something somewhere will eventually give and then fail and here we are.I want what they have and I want it now is called coveting and is a sin.I want to be equal with pres. Obama,satan told God he wanted to be God and the next person wants to be Obama and then women want to have power like Obama.I can sit here for the rest of my life telling you about what I want but I only get what I work for and if I don't want to believe in God and he doesn't allow rain to fall on my crops but allows a true believer and follower to have plenty of rain so there comes out of it plenty of crops to show God is truthful in his word than who am I to question that.You have to have leaders to lead no matter what or the world couldn't function.Just think if the first lady told Obama that she was equal to him and she made America's decisions and Obama said,he was pres. and no she wasn't,then the first lady filed a law suit claiming discrimination and the court told the pres.that the first lady now would be pres. and Obama had to follow her lead and do what she said,even though it was Mr.Obama the american people voted into office and Mr.Obama had to pay the first lady millions for discrimination based on sex discrimination it can't work.You have to follow God's law because he created everything and that's just the way it is and because we all are greety this world is coming to a end!Lord have mercy on us all and forgive us of all our sins,You are the King of all Kings,Lord of all Lords,and maker of all that there is,and there is no other!God Bless All of Us!
