Phoenix civil rights groups have been constantly harping on politicians to move the DREAM Act forward again. Maricopa County Latinos have been on the edge ever since the DREAM Act didn’t pass last year. Some have even called for a revolution. Most, however, have taken the middle ground and have been pushing politicians, such as Harry Reid, to continue efforts to pass the legislation.
