Wetlands landowners urged to get into program:

"NRCS develops a plan for the restoration and maintenance of the wetland including permanent easements, 30-year easements, and restoration cost-share agreements of a minimum 10-year duration. The USDA pays 100 percent of the easement value and up to 100 percent of the restoration costs on a permanent easement."
